Operations Managers

  • Experience with job estimating
  • Prior management experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good driving record
  • Experience in placing and working around underground utilities
  • Experience operating heavy machinery, including boring rigs
  • Ability to read job prints
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of construction safety issues
  • Ability to locate and purchase job materials as required
  • Requires frequent out-of-town travel

Foreman / Operators

  • Experience operating heavy machinery, including boring rigs
  • Experience in placing and working around underground utilities
  • Good Driving Record
  • Prior experience as a foreman / operator
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of construction safety issues
  • Ability to read job prints
  • Ability to complete daily activity report forms as necessary
  • Prior experience in locating underground cables
  • Commercial Drivers License is a plus
  • Frequent out-of-town travel

Safety Coordinators

  • Prior experience as a Safety Coordinator
  • Prior experience in the construction industry
  • Computer application skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Certification as a Safety Coordinator is a plus
  • Good knowledge of US government (OSHA) and state laws concerning safety
  • Good communication skills
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to locate and purchase job materials as required
  • Knowledge of Railroad Safety issues
  • Experience with calling in underground utility locates (One Call System)
  • Requires frequent out-of-town travel

Laborers

  • Prior experience in the construction industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
